Personally, for now, we will enjoy our bumper to bumper normal warranty till Feb 24...and the extended for the additional two years. Then who knows.

I stand by 4 years/80,000 Km for the warranty. Hopefully we will not have to use it.

BMW Canada Inc. (BMW Canada) warrants any vehicle imported by BMW Canada, or sold through the BMW Canada European Delivery Program, to be free of defects in material or workmanship. The warranty period is up to 4 years or 80,000 kilometres††, whichever occurs first, and begins on the date of first retail sale, or the date the vehicle is placed in service as a demonstrator or company vehicle, whichever is earlier.
