My wife is an RN and retired early, but I know a few Dental Hygienists that love their job. How does the pay compare? Do you like Nursing more or less if pay wasn't a factor?

Well nursing here in NY pays a lot more than NJ and other states. It def pays more than hygiene. However it is WAY more stressful than anything I've ever encountered as a dental hygienist. Nursing has turned me sour toward it, but maybe I need to find a diff field of it. Which I'm currently working on. Bedside nursing as a staff nurse is no joke.
