I am using Dr. Fungs intermittent fasting for weight loss.
He has some strong opinions on fasting and its affect on insulin resistance and diabetes.
Just for my health..not diabetic, but 5'10 265 so headed that way. In 5 weeks now 235. Mostly through zeroing out stuff in packages, bread, sweets and intermittent fasting.
Anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.
Never felt better.
