this forum needs a rule about questioning a seller's price in his thread, people are crapping all over this one. I'd suggest you guys go to
www.bmwusa.com and configure the car the same way, figure you can get ~$2k off the MSRP, add in the tax and license fees, then take a step back and realize this guy is selling his car for $10k less than a new one would cost you (not including tint and clearbra), and it has factory extended warranty, which will also cost you (a lot) more.
