the boss purposely avoided me yesterday to discuss salary raised.
On my way home he decides to text me with an offer i was not happy.
So I gave him a call, let it ring and calls me back 5 mins later. My opening line was
"Oh i know you can do so much better....i went into details of what i do, all the extra duties
i do as if he didnt know...put the ball back in his court. Talk to me face to face, dont text me!
