Merc surprising at speed of engine development
Honda has said it's surprised at the pace of engine development from Merc after an agreement to freeze engine development from the first race this year.
Yamamoto has said it's puzzling how Merc has shown to have made such progress during the shutdown period and there is speculation that they did it in some other form. It just shows that the spending cap probably won't work. FIA should shake a leg and investigate.
