Yeah....I'm really liking this eating beforehand. Like I said I'm starting to smooth out a little, but the weight is coming on quickly. I'm seeing a big difference in my upper shoulder girdle. I snapped this earlier. Being able to handle the heavier weights especially in my deadlifts is starting to show.

I actually look like I train with weights now even while wearing a larger shirt. My traps are starting to take off!
