It is my understanding that most are 4k optimized but there are some games like TLOU that run native 4k.

Did you upgrade from a regular PS4 or just buy the PRO outward?

I agree that if you're in the market for a PS4, you might as well get the PRO because the price difference is negligible. The real question is, is it worth dumping the regular PS4 for a +/- $150 and then picking up a $400 PRO for people who already own a PS4...
I would say it depends. Do you want better FPS? That's mainly the difference other than a little sharper details in games.

Might be worth the upgrade if you already own a 4k TV for VR purposes but since I own a gaming pc with the Vive it's stupid.
There sales will tank more with the release of the Nintendo switch which I preordered lol.
The PS4 is already the king of this console generation. Scorpio will be fancy and all but I don't understand why people brag about a system that isn't even out yet. Switch is Ps4 and xb1 tech, Nintendo always does this and they're behind the times. Only reason to buy one is for Mario or Zelda. Nintendo wii u didn't even have an optical audio port.

Also, Xbox has crap exclusives.
