That setup will be very aggressive. It can work but the rear will need a lot of work. The 18" setup will work better with a 18x8.5 et40 and 18x9.5 et40. If your stuck on the 19s use the 19x9.5 et35. If you need any help or pricing and the wheels shoot me a PM.
