Yeah I did rMPG for "real". In my case using your numbers - 3.8 ml/kWh I got equivalent of 41-42 MPG. Assuming 0.21/kWh MA electric rate , 90% charging efficiency (optimistic), 2% "phantom" loss (way more in the winter) and gas price at 2.60/Gal for regular. Looks like it's better to buy a Prius for way less.
