I've probably only had one job I was happy at and that only lasted about 2 years before the company went to shit. However I think the difference between that job and others I've had was just the people I worked with. I was friends with pretty much all of them so coming into work was like going to hang out with my friends.

I also got to work on many different things vs the job i got after that one where I basically had 1 task to do, over and over and over again. I really wasn't friends with anyone (didn't dislike anyone, just not like people I would chat with or hangout etc), however it was an extremely easy job, paid well and gave me the free time to start my own side business which is what I do now full time.

However now that I've been working for myself for a few years I worry that if I ever had to get another job... I don't think I would make it. Just the thought of it makes me nauseous.
