I just tire of the fuck the world responses sometimes. I'm sure we all get the feeling more and more recently that too many poeple aren't accountible for their actions.
I don't mean to start a big debate on this shit however. So I'll leave it at just giving my $0.02 that he should just pay the fine. (Its not like they didn't record what car it was on in the first place. So they could probably put a hold on his student account if shit got too out of hand.)
