bought this at the local MarketPlace here in town that they have every week and they had 3 variations of color to choose from. from dark bronze to light. according to the owners they said the darker it is the more maple flavor it has. tried their samples and it was amazing. gonna make some pancakes this week for the fam bam and see how the boys like it
