Actually, the Wing only appears in the GTAm, and not the GTA. The latter only comes with a CF spoiler.
But I agree-- it's a bit of an attention grabber. Wish they had spent less time on the exterior and more on the overall hp figure. No reason this could not have been 550+ hp.
