Yes, it fits manual without needing any extra parts. Just transfer everything from your original to a new one and you are good to go. Just received on from bmwpartspro and installed tonight! Looks great  |

I think its little thicker than regular steering wheel and there is little more paddings to it. As far as the diameter, they look identical to me. Loving it so far!! I was on the fence with either cs or performance v2 but blue stripe got me.
