Shiiiiiiiit, it has a lot to do with the government! The government of India would then take its 'hard-earned' share through taxation. Or, it can fall back on its extensive land-reform precedents and redistribute to achieve 'equity' for all the poor people around the area. A now there are judges to rule on who gets to keep the money...? While you're at it, try telling China that its theft of intellectual property rights violates your rights.

This isn't America. India doesn't work like that.
