It's been YEARS since I used <rubbing> alcohol for anything. It's still kind of embarrassing when I get out of a pool. Everyone else has krinkly fingers, I have all these holes.
I also adjust based on exercise. And morning sugars are pretty well determined by last night's exercise. With - 100s Without - 200s
