I get it...keep in mind I've been out of the game for 7 years, but I always thought it would be difficult to pull it off at the gym. Those are the winners though! |
They really are. It's easy when you see the usuals and over time you offer weights, or find the right opportunity (i.e. They struggle pulling a rack down/they're putting away plates you can offer to do it for them) just gotta be opportunistic.
But since I really like my gym, I'll look but won't move beyond just talking.
7 years aye? The only real commitment I've had is my pup, and that's be 5 years so far.
