I'll just leave this here, a real one. The one you posted is a very bad fake, any AD will be able to verify it easily.
Edit: The photo wasn't of my watch, so I'd rather not use it. But as the poster below me said. That was the first of many obvious things I noticed. I don't like listing the tells because it just helps counterfeiters. But if you are ever buying a high dollar item second hand, I would always buy the seller first.
If true, your acquaintance is trying to rip you off selling a fake watch, bad seller = bad watch.
