If it was offloaded two weeks ago it should have gotten to your dealership a long time ago, especially since "sold" cars are prioritized at the port. It makes me wonder if there was damage of some kind. I would press the dealership to press BMW of Canada to tell you if there has been some damage, where it is now, and why it has taken so long.
