A lughole 14060 should not run you more than $5k(used) or you are getting robbed, unless it's NOS then maybe another grand(with all boxes and papers).
The lughole 14060 "no date" Subs are very popular - lug holes are very popular in the Rolex community and these watches are holding strong values, especially the last generation before they went to the ceramic 114060.

For a ceramic 114060 no lug holes, you should not pay more than $6.5-$7k(used) for an excellent condition complete set. A new one can run you $7-$7.5 BNIB complete set.

Condition is important, but over everything buy from a reputed seller. Buy the seller, not the watch or the price. If you are not well versed in Rolex buying and aren't going to an authorised dealer then I would take some time to educate your self. TRF is a great Rolex forum full of information.
