I'm trying to gauge how lifting will be with temps around freezing and wind rain or snow. Anyone lift in a unheated garage or even outside in the cold ?
I have, not so much anymore though. Outdoor winter lifts were during college athletics. Just be sure you give yourself enough time to loosen up prior to getting into any heavy lifts. As temperature drops risk of injury goes up.
