Arrange something with a BMWCCA instructor that you have met at a BMWCCA HPDE. Lots of them can be found over at bimmerforums. I've done it before and it feels so good to be the only student in a cowboy group that's
safe and learning.
Also, not all instructors are the same. Some are good for fundamentals, some are good for finding speed, some are fun to hang out with, and some are simply extra weight.
