I disagree with this statement. The body's reduction in testosterone is most likely a way to reduce oxidative stress in response to various stimuli. It's similar to how hypothyroidism reduces the cyclic replication patterns of Plasmodiums. Or how epigenetic shifts occur because of increased oxidative stress. If you increase testosterone and don't do anything to decrease the oxidative stress, negative sequelae will occur. People don't talk about the increased chances of Erythrocytosis, polycythemia, nocturnal hypoxemia, or the increase in cardiovascular events, but TRT can cause all of those.


If I were wanting to increase testosterone levels, I'd make sure my zinc levels were adequate and I'd take tribulus and ginger. I'd also work on increasing the quality of my sleep as hGH is released at night based on sleep patterns.
