I ran into the same issue. Basically I installed the pipe on the turbo loosely. Then I put the bracket on the turbo, you can still thread the nuts on a little but dont tighten it yet. I had to pry the DP slightly over to get the bracket to line up with the holes back on the trans properly. Once all the bolts were started I tightend everything down and it basically bent itself into place. Once you have the bracket in place, tighten the DP Vband clamp first them the bracket. It will fit, you just need to "massage" it a little.
