Even F1 admitted that the grid is not diverse enough, and supports Lewis on his efforts.
If you haven't seen that in the past diversity has been a problem in F1, then you are oblivious and blind or just ignorant to it and part of the problem. Thankfully things are changing and Mercedes as a team has been doing a better job
