Sorry I don't have a definite answer for you. Harloff has an Enterprise Rental car office on the property. I've never had to get a loaner so I can't say what they provide. I will say that the staff at Harloff has always been very friendly and accomodating to me. You should call ahead and find out what to expect. I've dealt with both Duane (Service Mgr.) and Ray at Harloff Service. Both guys are great to work with.
