Not sure how it works in your state but the agents for Allstate don't determine anything with claims coverage in Texas. There is a whole claims department that handles everything. There is zero way we can limit the extent of your repair, lol. 98% of the time we don't even know you have a claim going on, most folks call and file the claim on their own. We find out when the claim is settled. But if that's the way it works in your state then I would move.
