On a side note, aside from storage units, what are the options for places to work on a car? Went to some diy workshop recently, and it's not a viable option economically - paying almost half of the labor rates you can find just a little further away and probably taking twice as much time makes no sense.
Are you planning on bringing the QJ with you to your buddies parking complex?

While possible, and QJ has a version that runs off a battery (you can use your car's) instead of a wall outlet, just note that the quickjack itself is quite heavy. I usually slide it across the floor to move it, definitely not the easier thing to lift given its size and weight. Hilarious cause on the QJ box, is some dude holding one QJ in each arm like its no big deal. This can be a substitute to going to the gym.
