civilian report ticket??
hey guys i have a question. I was driving today and had to speed up considerably to merge into the lane I needed to be in to exit the freeway. At the time however two other cars passed me racing. I got off the freeway and some guy pulled up next to me and started videoing my car with his iphone. i covered my face cause i didnt want him to report me for anything but can i get a reckless driving ticket for this? what if he was videoing me on the freeway? just curious
