For reference - I also checked in Los Angeles (Santa Monica) and the deals are similar there, albeit a little more. They have the $5.99 special also, but only carry out. They do have a large 3 topping pizza special for delivery for $9.99, though. So not sure where you are coming up with $30.00 for a medium or small.

I went to Pizza Hut website and here is how much it costs to order a Supreme pizza which is about $22.50. You have to give tip to the delivery guy which is another $4 so it comes out to be around $27.0 total. |
So $17 for bad pizza + tax and another $10 for delivery / tip? Hard pass for me...
