Exactly. Any VPC hold for more than a week or so usually means something is wrong. The good news is if it is shipping damage, VPC is factory level work so your car should be perfect when it arrives. |
Yes but a vehicle inspector will still be able to tell if the car has paintwork done so it's going to impact resale.
OP should have car inspected by an appraiser before taking delivery.
