Brake Pad Sensor
At what point does the wear indicator trip? My car currently says I have 2500 miles until the rear pads need replacing, but shows the fronts are still at 30,000. I know one front pad indicator was replaced under warranty because it shorted out.
At what point can't they be reset in the car? I'm shopping around for pads and rotors now, but wanted to ask the community what the deal is with the sensors.
