I truly appreciate the engineering aspect of this but it's somewhat pointless...
1) You can't even realistically drive 200 MPH almost anywhere in the world.
2) How many Bugatti owners have done 200 MPH? (100 mph less than this).
3) I really think every single time this is a marketing ploy to keep Bugatti in the know.
