if you want a e92 or gt350, i'd just dump the f80. these cars all have a lot of overlap in what they do. I'd imagine you want something 'special' that doesn't have much overlap with your F80.
R8 would be nice too. can't really knock it. but i'd test drive one first to see if you like it. its definitely going to feel slow compared to an F80.

I think the driving experience with manual and NA V8 will be different enough compared to F80. I agree that there is some overlap but i have 2 kids so backseats would be plus. I have put them in my BRZ to go for rides.
No interest in Viper.
997 GT3 are well over $75k at least from my search.
