Helps avoid scratching / messing up the front bumper (I have first hand experience with my new Bimmer
so low!) since the back isn't as low as the front when you park in spots and those annoying cement blocks catch on the front or have the metal bar jutting out further than normal
I have a friend that used to park backwards everytime in his old Toyota Corolla though and THAT was just always funny. He claimed he hated backing up out of spots so much so he'd park backwards lol!
