We had well issues, but honestly, I don't know why nobody jumped on our house before us, it was priced well, on a very desirable street, bungalow, etc. We bought six years ago and I figure we've almost doubled our money on the house. the house was completely renovated, the home inspector told me its a gem. dont let oil tank scare you away. find a local oil company that will give you a good price for the work, so you can purchase their oil and you are good!
So i did my own research, made few calls. its something that needs to get done, and its the only thing.
