For the money you're looking at spending you could get a really nice 993C2S, or a 993 Turbo (I know you said NA). They have been going up and are still going up.
A current 911T might also appreciate in a few years after the initial drop which is happening right now. I agree with other comments. Very few cars appreciate in value and even the ones that are may not continue.
