I think, if you're intersted in driving - performance driving, then you kind of have to own a 911 at some point. Or, you at lease have to spend enough time behind the wheel doing serious driving, to know it's not for you.
Since I've never driven one, I kind of have to own one at one point, just to know... It probably won't be anything crazy - probably a base-ish car with a naturally-aspirated motor and a 3-pedal manual transmission. And I honestly don't think they're that good looking - I go back and fourth on the Porsche/911 looks - a love/hate kind of thing... And while I respect the crap out of what the cars are, when I see them, watch videos and such, I always get this dry taste and feeling in my mouth, and while I'm wowed by them, I'm also kind of bored at the same time. I don't know how to explain it, really..
But I have to know... At some point, I just have to own one...
