bought this at the local MarketPlace here in town that they have every week and they had 3 variations of color to choose from. from dark bronze to light. according to the owners they said the darker it is the more maple flavor it has. tried their samples and it was amazing. gonna make some pancakes this week for the fam bam and see how the boys like it  |
Last Christmas a friend bought me a sampler with the different color. It's like beer... darker has more intense flavor. I believe most is "medium amber."
Real maple syrup can be expensive, but Costco has a good price on the stuff.
Once people taste the difference they ruin themselves to the fake shit. Then they become people like me that bring their own syrup when going out for breakfast.
