Doing what I do for a living, I have recently become a pro at floor coatings. Unless you have it done professionally, I would only recommend a poly aspartic coating. Extremely hard once it cures, yet flexible. We tried several different options for 2 part epoxies for protecting painted floors with 5k forklifts driving over them 24 hours a day. The poly aspartic coating is the only one that has held up.
