Time for some Plantation 20 year.
Have you had the Glendalough 13 year old or the Barr An Uisce Wicklow Rare?

The Barr whiskey has a phenomenal nose in my opinon - has to be the most aromatic whiskey I've ever sniffed. Smells floral / herbal to me, but just really speaks to me. Mouth feel is average in my opinion, certainly not bad, but the nose. I love it just for that. Even though it is Irish and therefore subpar to Scotch.

The Glendalough 13 is very easy drinking with the right glass.

If you've never had either, I recommend picking up a bottle of the Barr first and give it a good nose before sipping.

I have to get another bottle now that I've typed this out.
