Hi I wonder if someone could please help ?

I am trying to enable my BB 9700 to read messages and texts. I have version 6.0 bundle 2949 on the BB. I have the office option checked on the car, on the phone I see services as hands-free unit, AVRCP Remote Control and Message Notification. Under MAP options on the phone when it is connected to the car I see my BES email address from the BB, SMS/MMS and new message notifications all with green check marks. When I go into the office menu on the iDrive all I see is contacts.

I would be so grateful of any help as this is driving me crazy. Thanks in advance
