Bank 2 Misfire, Normal after restart

Hello Everybody,

I been having an slightly rough intermittent idle issue on my N54 engine. It usually goes away as soon as I start driving, and doesn't come back until the car has been sitting for a while. I notice it is more prominent when it is colder, in those cases after the engine warms up the problem goes away.

This morning it rained, so the car was colder than usual. I got an check engine light.

The codes were:

29CC - DME: Combustion misfire, several cylinders.
29D0 - DME: Combustion misfire, cylinder 4.
29D1 - DME: Combustion misfire, cylinder 5.
29D2 - DME: Combustion misfire, cylinder 6.
29D9 - DME: Misfire at low tank fill level.
2AAF - DME: Fuel pump, plausibility.
2FBE - DME: Fuel pressure after engine stop.

After a few minutes at idle, I just restarted it, and it drove normal.

I have replaced the Low Pressure Fuel Pump, the injectors in Bank 1(1,2,3), the 6 coils, and the 6 spark plugs, valve cover gasket, along with the valve cover itself.

Why would the problem go away when the engine gets warmer?
