Well we live in a townhome. Recently moved here and while the HOA hasn't said anything about the car they already gave the whole neighborhood a notice to not have cars parked on the sidewalk which is obviously what I'd do if I were to buy another civic. It all kind of piles up against the car being fixed really.
That total loss thing is pretty interesting because my 335i got totaled for a lot less damage being an 07 sport pretty much loaded with rear suspension damage, so this thing might have kicked the bucket too if insurance had got their hands on it.
