While I have this car and could use it as a second car and first car for my brother, realistically he's not going to be driving in like a year and spending this money on a car I don't need is pushing stuff a bit so either I manage to get someone that'll do a good enough job for cheap in the future or maybe I'll have it sit for a bit or sell it. Thing is a wrecked car is worth basically nothing if not for low mileage.

Unfortunately, it seems that you live in an apartment (or similar) complex. This could be a decent project for you and your brother by purchasing a donor car, in which the front end is damaged and, between you both, swap the parts. Unfortunate decision to have to make, considering everything else on the car looks pretty good.
