Found it!
It was DNA in the center with both black AND white sperm. About 4-5 feet across.
EDIT: Also found a picture of the outside. If you look close at the railing, you'll see that they are cut into sperm shapes as well.
Friend was going to UGA and her downtown apartment got purchased by someone else planning on leveling it with little notice, so she needed a place quick. I think she lived here for like a month before finding a
real place
