How about the location? Is it finalized??
If not, here is a suggestion. How about Jones Beach on Long Island. Its scenic, I guess we wouldn't have crazy beach traffic and crowds in late April and there is are huge parking areas close to the amphi theater at Jones Beach.
I read NY state park website that the parking fee is around $6-$7.

You know what would be a cool picture, if the toll booths arent open yet, there's a huge Jones Beach sign right above them and it would be cool to have all BMWs at every booth with that sign up above.
