I know, right? I’m early in my curry career and still building up my chops and nerve to post photos. Next time.
Curry items I’m getting confident with:
Chana masala - chickpea stew
Aloo Gobi - potato and cauliflower stew
Kasuri murgh methi - chicken curry stew
Next is a dal (lentils) of some kind and a biryani (rice entree).
I cook with whole spices and recipes on YouTube from people that don’t speak a language I understand. Fun!
