For you to have even survived two heart transplants means you are a pretty tough guy I think. That's a pretty rough card or two to be dealt-my wife has survived two kidney transplants and such involvement in our medical system requires patience and optimism beyond belief.
What are your limits for physical exertion?
How about considering a Degree as a Medical Social Worker who can help others get through the same maze and challenges? Decent money.
